Girls' Fun

The Story So Far
After years of being a spotty swotty geek who nobody ever looked at twice and was known only as “Prof”, I reached 14 and two things happened:
(1) I grew large breasts.
(2) I joined a youth theatre at the other end of town, far away from school and my former identity.
Suddenly I could be who I wanted to be: A rampant snogger of boys. This transformation reached its peak in 1985 when, despite 'O' levels (now-defunct British school exams) and adolescent melancholy, I had my 16th birthday and rather a lot of fun.
Yes, this diary is focused almost exclusively on love, kissing and “erotic stuff.” But I was a teenager. Blame the hormones.
Why Girls' Fun?
The diary was hidden inside a cunningly-vandalised copy of the 1952 Girls' Fun annual (see photos below). More here.

Old Diaries? Ha! It's about time I did more of that!
I knew I couldn't have been the first person to have thought of it.
Shall go look.
Very interesting! Certainly gives me a very intuative view into the mind of the fairer sex; and as you can imagine an eye-opener for me. I await with great interest the next instalment!
Oh crikey! As I glimpsed the first pic of your diary I immediately recognised it as the very same Adrian Mole 1985 diary that I wrote and still have! (Well, obviously not exactly the same, it would be uber weird if I somehow had kept a record of someone I have never met, but I think you get the gist!)
It's the first time I have been here, but won't be the last, love your blog, it's brilliant!
Ooh Sara yes, I can see how spooky that would be. Although of course it would be even more so if it turned out you had written the same diary entries.
[idea for a story bubbling under there...]
Anyway, hello and welcome!
