This post is to announce that...
....at long last...
....finally...
...by popular demand....
I've started a blog of my very own.
It isn't as cosy yet as Boob Pencil: still needs pictures on the walls - though possibly not quite such mammalian ones as Clare's - and stuff, especially a blogroll which I haven't created yet. I still find html THE WORK OF THE DEVIL but I'm getting the hang of it. I think I have a copy of "HTML For Dummies" somewhere.
I shall still hang around here, possibly (if Clare agrees) posting the odd thing to keep the place warm during its hibernation periods. OK, that metaphor didn't quite come off, but you get the picture. If Clare is happy with the idea I may upload some mp3 files to go with the "music that makes me grin" list (or will this get us both thrown off Blogger by music industry lawyers?)

Oh, how confusing, a post I didn't write! Tee hee.
I honestly haven't a clue about the MP3 thing. Mike seems to get around it by not posting track listings. I don't know whether that holds any legal water.
Aha, I have the answer. You post a link on your brand spanking new blog, and then I'll link to that from here. Then you can carry the can. Ha.
